What is silver per day?

It is the profit per unit multiplied by the daily sales volume and by the market share you assume. A recipe with a high margin that barely sells earns less than a low-margin one that sells all day.

Which potions are worth crafting in Albion Online?

The ones that earn the most silver per day: those with a decent margin that also sell every day. The ranking updates hourly and the first row is the best option with the assumptions you choose.
